One Month (after O' Sullivan) recontextualizes a portion of a photograph by the historical photographer Timothy O’ Sullivan, whose pictures of the American West encouraged settlement of the region in the late 19th century. This work illustrates a month's worth of coffee consumption and presumptive environmental impact, a visible weight of our daily choices.
